Farm Association Pod

The Farm Assocociation pod is set up for Farmer association pod offers a secure data and farm/association information system. This includes planned and realized production data on the various crops and livestock of the farm.

To allow for computer to computer exchange in multiple formats, raw data is supported by metadata fields, with output formats available in multiple popular (Human and machine readable formats) computer readable formats (xml-rdf, json-rdf). On basis of this, Farm Association Pods can be interlinked with supplier and customer datasets and can access each other's information where required and permissioned.

Secure digital identities and transactions form the basis for tracking and tracing of products in the value chain. This again is critical information that should not be tampered with.

Reciprocity in data sharing, the combination of secure digital identities, rdf and computer readable formats should promote/allow information sharing in a blockchain comparable approach enabling participants to trace all products and data back and forth the transaction chain. In such a way, data exchange becomes of interest to all chain partners.

Management dashboard

Management dashboards

Patterns, trends and correlations that might go undetected in text-based data can be exposed and recognized easier with data visualization. The dashboarding toolbox will provide various flexible tools to create selections, filters and visualizations of selected data. Views, diagrams and graphs can be stored in management dashboards. Each user can develop and manage his own dashboards.

Interoperability and exchange

Validation and data classification are the building blocks of interconnectivity and interoperability. This tool allows data operators to further process and exchange their datasets in computer readable formats xml and Json:

  • datasets and visualizations can be published in detail or in aggregated form in an open environment, making it accessible to the general public or for specific target groups (accountability, credibility, sector progress);
  • Datasets are file downloadable in meta-data supported and computer readable formats (xml or json). Dataset can be further processed in owner’s environment and/or shared via E-mail or other channels with data-operators (interoperability);
  • datasets can be published online in a secure environment, allowing the data-owner to share an url from which the set can be accessed/downloaded by authorized data-operators. Obviously the preferred exchange method is via the Solid channel. Yet other ways of communication channels will be available as well to suit the needs of a large variety of data systems in the open market. CSV, JSON, XML as well as GET-request options will be included allowing the data-client to pull in data by date or theme (interoperability).
